Hello, I recently got these headphones. I am very dissatisfied because every time I want to use them, either the battery in the storage box is completely empty or everything is completely empty. Even the earplugs. And that
even though I haven't used or touched them for several days. The function to switch them off when they are placed in the case is activated in the app. In addition, the app sometimes doesn't work after renaming and crashes. The sound quality is great.
