hello everyone, which telephone cable do i need to connect it to my swisscom box? thanks for your help

Use the enclosed 2-core cable with RJ11 plug. A 4-core cable can also be used as an extension, but only in conjunction with the original cable and a coupling (RJ11). It does not matter which side (telephone or modem) the 2-wire cable is on. A continuous 4-wire cable will not work!
I can't answer that as I'm not with Swisscom.
