Hello everyone, I am in despair. I have a SIM from Sunrise We connect surf in my MR600 and a new antenna from Poynting XPOL-2-5G-0. My problem is that in this combination I am connected to a transmitter mast that has significantly (-10dB) worse signal values (RSRP/RSRQ/SNR) than the one I am trying to aim for. (both band 20) without Poynting I get a connection to the good mast when I restart TP Link, after some time (different) TP Link connects to the worse mast and stays on it until a restart. If I have the SIM in the S21 FE, I automatically have the connection to the good mast and do not lose it. Can someone please help me? Greetings Rolf

If they have different frequencies, is it possible for you to determine via the router which frequencies it is aiming at?
It should also be noted that the router software usually chooses the better/stable "connection" and keeps changing if another one is better. This means that not only the signal values are important, it could also be that the antenna with the better signal has more connections and data throughput (use by other users), has more sources of interference, or has less bandwidth (Mhz). This causes the router to automatically aim for a "better" antenna.

If you can target the antenna through the frequency, you may then notice through a speed test that it is not better at all.
