Hello, A second thing I've noticed is that the screen behaves like a transparent or very thin sheet of paper, i.e. you can see what's underneath. The letters are written backwards. When you change the page or I leave a book to go to the main menu, the screen first goes black for a second and then it changes. Is this normal? Do you have the same experience? Thank you

Helpful answer

For me, too, the screen briefly goes black when I turn the page or go back to the main menu, but only for a fraction of a second.

Hi there!
It's normal, it's the partial / total refresh of the 'e-ink on the page.
When the page becomes all black and white, it "cleans" the ink. When you simply change the page, you can still see the last entries, but they've faded.

I have no problem with the screen behaving like a transparent sheet.

Hello, I can confirm that this is normal, my e-reader works in the same way.
