Question about Samsung Flip 4 Pro WM55B
Has anyone had experience with touch input problems? From one day to the next, the touch no longer works. Screen sharing from the laptop works. I can't write on the white canvas, can't open any settings, nothing, the pens don't respond, I can't connect a mouse or go into the settings. Device is only 3 weeks old. I would be very grateful for any input!

Hello, I'm surprised to know that the touchscreen can also fail from one day to the next. Tomorrow I had the orientation of the display that broke down, even though I had a warranty on it.
Correct. I have a Tiny PC connected to the Samsung and the PC mouse (windows 10) works perfectly. Also a USB-A mouse.
Even after > 15 months of intensive use, I still have none of the problems described. Everything works perfectly.
