Good day, I'm looking for a not-so-expensive and simple way of not hearing my neighbour. And earplugs are no longer an option. Is it enough to insulate the wall with this insulation or is that rather inappropriate? Thanks in advance!

I am not an expert, but it could work if you install it in the room where noise is coming from (your neighbour)... Sorry for not being more helpful.
