Question about Epson EcoTank ET-2850
Good day I would be interested to know if this printer has automatic duplex printing or if you have to manually insert the paper into the rear tray to print double-sided. Which Epson Eco Tank printers support automatic duplex printing?
Yes, the printer has automatic duplex printing. Works very well.
The only problem with the predecessor (ET-2750) was that the thing gave up the ghost exactly two weeks after the warranty expired and you could no longer fill the tanks (unfortunately not an isolated case, as various videos on the internet showed....).
The EPSON customer service could not be reached and you were passed on from one machine voice to the next(:(:(: - absolutely annoying!!!
For this reason, you may want to consider extending your warranty by several years.
Otherwise, it's a really recommendable machine with incredibly low printing costs. That's why I bought it again - despite the bad experience with Epson customer service and its predecessor.
Yes, the ET-2850 has automatic duplex printing without manual intervention. Works flawlessly and the printer is generally VERY recommendable. Prints flawlessly in terms of quality and hardly needs any ink. Simply amazing, we save hundreds of SFr on print cartridges every year and fortunately also on waste (empty cartridges). Highly recommended purchase!
