Good day, I have a laptop with thunderbolt 3 connection and I wanted to ask if it is possible to connect my laptop with this cable to a 144hz monitor or if I then achieve the desired refresh rate? Thank you in advance for the answer.

I use this cable with a MacBook Pro 2018 and achieve 144Hz without any problems. However, you may need a dedicated graphics card, especially if the monitor has 1440p resolution.
