Good day I bought a docking station from you a fortnight ago, namely the i-tec USB 3.0 / USB-C Triple 4K Dock model. I tried this in my former flat with my laptop and everything worked perfectly. Now we are in a new flat and since then my docking station no longer works properly. When I connect it via the USB-C port on my laptop, the HDMI port doesn't work and the Ethernet port doesn't work either, but all the other ports do. In addition, it is not recognised and displayed in the app specially developed by i-tec via this port. However, if I connect it via the USB 3.0 port of the laptop, it is displayed in the app and the Ethernet port works. The HDMI port is not supported via USB 3.0, so it makes sense that this would not work either. I've since tried to see if it's the flat's LAN connection, so I've tested it with other devices, I've investigated the LAN cable anyway HDMI cable (my screen connects via my laptop's HDMI port without a problem), I've installed and updated the appropriate driver and I've rebooted my laptop to work around any lap top connection errors. It's strange because all the devices I connect via the docking station work, with the exception of the Internet and HDMI ports, which also worked previously via the laptop's USB-C port.
