Question about Kandao Meeting Pro
Do other users also have problems with the power supply plug coming apart after a short time, the tiny plastic part breaks, then the plug does not stay on the power supply. We have 5 Kandao Meeting pro, 2 of them have the same problem. Thank you for your feedback.
We have three Kandao Pro at the unibas and had to replace the power supply units because the plug breaks off very quickly in the socket and thus, in the worst case, the 230V contacts are exposed. We found good and smaller power supplies at digitec.
Yes, mine too, I had to replace the power supply unit with another one!
