For what power are the fan connections designed? So that you can safely connect a Y-cable.

The manual specifies the CPU fan output as 1A (12W). The Chassie fans are most likely (as they are not adjustable) supplied directly from the 12V rail of the power supply. But I wouldn't go much over 1A per connection.
