First the back story, ladies and gentlemen: What Digitec / Galaxus are doing here with the delivery dates borders on illegal competitive advantage over the competition. I bought the Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro 12.9 here the day before yesterday for CHF 342 with the delivery date "approx. 2-4 days". My argument for buying it was exclusively for the short delivery date, as it is not available anywhere so quickly. Suddenly yesterday 06.05 the order said that the item would be delivered in "approx. 3-5 days" and today I see that the item will be delivered "probably end of May". The price is now back at CHF 369 with the same delivery dates as the competition. Digitec / Galaxus intentionally lured customers 2 days ago with the low price and fast delivery dates, even though they knew that this item could not be delivered until the end of May." Now we are at the end of May and lo and behold, it says that delivery will be at the beginning of June and if you were to order it now, it would be another 3 week wait.... I don't know what you think, but now it's enough, as scandalous as it is, just releasing dates for deliveries and then changing them every 2h it feels like.... I don't know what to do, but I am extremely angry and this is my last purchase on Digitec...
How can it be that Apple itself has been delivering for 2 weeks and now it says here "4-6 weeks"?
Not normal anymore, at least a "delivery time unknown" after all the wrong things digitec and Galaxus did...

Please note that all our availability dates always correspond to the current information from the supplier. However, it can always happen that a delivery period is extended, which is why we always give all information without guarantee. In addition, the current situation is more difficult for everyone, which is why there may be more delays at the moment.
