Question about Cisco IP Phone 8851

Does this phone have a product ID (PID) with the addition "3PCC" on the product sticker on the back? Because only with firmware of this type can the phone be used with a normal VoIP service. Cisco calls this MPP (Multi Platform Firmware). In contrast, a phone with CUCM firmware (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) can only be used in CISCO Enterprise environments. In these cases the PID is "CP-8851-K9". I already have one of these here and am not getting anywhere with it. A migration licence from CISCO costs about CHF 200.

So generally, unfortunately, the units can't be distinguished by firmware version because of different sources. There are also different barcodes linked, so I imagine this is effectively mixed. It might be worth trying our customer service at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc... so that a customised solution can be explored.
