Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+

Google: The Galaxy Tab A9+ is not designed for use with pens. The Samsung Galaxy S Pen is not supported by the Tab A9+. Although third-party pens appear to work, the hand must not touch the touchscreen of the A9+ while writing.

I can't tell you because I haven't bought a pen to go with it.
