Question about Pioneer Rayz Plus
Do the in-ear headphones for noise cancelling also work when I am not listening to music? In the office, I would like to block out the ambient noise and not listen to music while working.

Yes, it also works without listening to music and can be turned off or on manually in the corresponding app.
Yes, noise cancelling also works without listening to music. With the corresponding app from Pioneer (RAYZ), the ambient noise can be switched on or off. However, noise cancelling is better with over-ear headphones (e.g. Bose QuietComfort 35 or Sennheiser Momentum). I was able to notice a clear difference in the office when comparing in ear and over ear headphones.
