Dear Community, can you help me? So far, backing up my data to Elements has always worked great, but now I've tried a few times to do a back up, and Elements does everything as usual, but at the end it always says "Elements not ejected correctly"-even though Elements is still connected to my computer. No back up is created. Does anyone know what to do? Would be very grateful! Kind regards, Eva

It would be helpful to know how you created your backup before and how you create it now. Which programme do you use? Which operating system etc.?
