Question about ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus (WI-FI)
Closed by mistake. Hello all I have a problem, it does not find the mouse and keyboard from Logi. The computer is newly assembled. It starts and shows EZ Mode. But then the mouse and keyboard do not work. Does anyone have a tip? I have connected it as in the instructions. But it's about the rear connections. They are fixed on the mainboard. Do I need additional connections for USB 2? Thanks
Remote diagnoses are always difficult.
In the Bios, navigation is primarily done with the Tab arrow keys and the F-keys.
1. unplug mouse/keyboard, put mouse away. 2.
2. check keyboard on laptop or similar for function
3. try keyboard on another USB port (especially on the "top" USB next to the PS2 port)
4. switch off, switch off power supply, switch on again.
5. try all USB, front also ok.
6. swear (helps the nerves)
7. send the mainboard back
