can you overclock with the motherboard?

Depends on the CPU...
The voltage converters might reach their limits at some point with high performance.
With the R5 3600 in my case it works excellently, the voltage converters remain quite cool.
I couldn't notice any difference to higher-quality motherboards, so the CPU is limiting here.

I had more problems with the RAM.
To be on the safe side, I would buy a Ryzen 5 RAM module that already reaches 3600 Mhz via the XMP profile to avoid performance losses at lower or higher clock speeds.

For the normal user, the board probably offers the best price-performance ratio and is well suited for normal overclocking.
Ambitious overclocking can be annoying, however, as neither a dual BIOS nor reset switches etc. are built in.
The automatic reset also only works to a limited extent.
Bios resets via battery can then quickly become annoying.
