Can I use the Sonos One without a home network? When I need internet, I make a mobile hotspot via my smartphone. Is that also possible?

If you want to control the sonos boxes via a hotspot, you need 2 separate devices. With the first you create the hotspot and with the second you connect to the hotspot and set up the sonos boxes. It doesn't work with just one device (e.g. smartphone). Btw, you would also always need 2 devices for playback.
Maybe other boxes that can connect via BT would be better.
