Can I transfer my books that I have on the Tolino visiom 4 HD to this eReader?

If they are in epub, mobi, or azw3 format (or several others) then yes. At least you should be able to transfer them onto a computer from the Tolino, then from there onto the Kindle.
But in fact I recommend you use Calibre, which should make it all easy. With the Tolino under Calibre transfer eveything from "Device" to Library. Unplug the Tolino, plug in the Kindle, and transfer everything onto "Device". Easy.
