Can I simply record a cassette completely without creating individual tracks / chapters? In manual mode it simply stops recording after a while, in automatic mode too, or there it makes far too many individual tracks. (Try not to digitise a music cassette but an old Märli cassette. There are always quiet spots where no one says anything).

I have dubbed the Globi tapes and others. There were 1 file per side that I cut together cleanly with AudaCity and removed the pauses at the beginning and end. Since the cassettes are already old, I am surprised how good the quality still is.
