Can I return the product if it doesn't work? What exactly is meant by B-goods? Should I be afraid to buy the RTX 5060 secondhand?

If the product does not work, you can of course return it. B-goods means that the product has already been opened, tested or minimally used. It may have minor visual defects, but is technically flawless.
