Can I not operate the printer with Windows 10? Because under Operating System Compatibility it only says "Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)".

Klaro works without problems. I also use it with Windows 10.
Driver on hp page.
For scanning from the desktop there is the Scan App from hp.
