Are these specifications sufficient for working with Adobe programmes such as Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.? ?

Helpful answer

This works without any problems.
However, it would be advisable to supplement the (slow) fusion drive with an SSD. In other words, boot from an SSD and work on it. This is especially worthwhile for intensive reading and writing work.
