Are the headphones suitable for swimming? And I mean real swimming, not swimming in the lake. Thanks for the answer

No, only waterproof against light splashes (rain, sweat), and Bluetooth doesn't work underwater! Look at the Shokz OpenSwim Pro, which can be submerged up to 2 m and has an MP3 mode so that you can use them underwater.

Unfortunately I can't tell you, I've never worn them for swimming.
