Question about ASUS GeForce ROG STRIX RTX 3080 O10G GAMING
24.09.2020 ordered, today 01.02.2021 no info`s from Digitec. Apart from the usual empty phrases on the status updates (last 12.01.2021). @Digitec can you please think of a way to make your communication more transparent? For example, how many tickets do you get, indication of the longest open order (date only). The whole thing as a weekly update. (For example)
I ordered it the same date and pre-paid as well. When I asked for more info a couple of weeks ago I was just told that the supply is scarce and all the information about order status is unreliable at best. It's been more than four months now and I don't know If I should laugh or cry.
This whole situation is starting to piss me off, no comunication, no date, customers who ordered after me already got their cards, it is unacceptable! It's now three months I waiting for this, and you already got my money, that's not fair.
same here, ordered and paid (13.10.2020). meanwhile april and no information at all :( - i understand that the whole situation is difficult, but at least inform the ppl... please.

I ordered too but around November and still nothing, prepaid already, waiting...
Same here, ordered on the 9th of october, called customer service a few times, always gotten the same "we rely on our supplier's delivery dates, which are currently unknown". But in the end we do not have any transparancy from Digitec, and some of us are waiting since 6 months already!!!
