1. Wago M-Bus master
M-Bus Master
The M-Bus module (753-649) serves as an M-Bus master and enables a direct connection of M-Bus slaves to the WAGO I/O System 750. An M-Bus (Meter-Bus) is a field bus for the transmission of energy consumption data collected by M-Bus slaves such as heat meters, water meters, electricity meters, and gas meters, as well as sensors and actuators of any kind.
The M-Bus master communicates with the M-Bus slaves and acts as the interface between the M-Bus and the processing software. Upon request, the M-Bus master reads the energy consumption data via the 2-wire line of the M-Bus and transfers it for further processing or visualization to the higher-level control system. Requests can alternatively be implemented via the PLC using IEC-61131-3 function blocks or through a PC application.
The power supply for the M-Bus slaves is provided by the M-Bus master. The use of a separate level converter is not necessary. The M-Bus technology is defined in the technical standard EN 13757, which specifies the communication systems for meters and their remote reading.
Single and multi-colored LEDs indicate operational readiness and trouble-free local bus communication, as well as the status of signal transmission. The M-Bus connection modules are designed to be short-circuit proof.

2. Wago Potential feed
Power supply: DC 24 V. Diagnosis: Intrinsically safe. The power supply module is designed to supply all intrinsically safe Ex i modules of the 750 series. It monitors the power supply of the downstream Ex i segment and separates the intrinsically safe part from the non-intrinsically safe part of the WAGO I/O System 750/753. The input and output sides are galvanically isolated. The maximum current provided by the power supply module is 1.0 A. When assembling the Ex i segment, it is important to ensure that this total current is not exceeded. In the event of a short circuit or overload, the output voltage is automatically switched off by electronic monitoring. After the fault is cleared, the output voltage is reactivated within approximately 10 seconds. Note: If more than one power supply module per station is required due to load conditions, four distance modules (750-616) must ensure the distance between the intrinsically safe segments. Indicators: Green LED (input voltage). Green/red LED (output voltage present/absent).

3. Wago Interface
Serial Interface RS-232 C
9600 Baud
Even
8/1 Bits
The integrated interface in the module allows for the connection of devices with an RS-232-C interface. The interface operates in accordance with TIA/EIA-F, CCITT V.28/DIN 66259-1 standards. The connected device can communicate directly with the controller via the used bus coupler. The active communication channel operates independently of the overlaid bus system in full duplex mode at speeds of up to 9600 Baud. The RS-232-C interface ensures high noise immunity through galvanically isolated signals. The shield connection is directly routed to the mounting rail.

4. Wago Digital I/O module DC Series 750 18-31.2V 750-1501
16-Channel Digital Output
DC 24 V
0.5 A
Negative Switching
Flat Ribbon Cable
The digital output module features 16 channels with a width of only 12 mm. It outputs binary control signals from the automation device to the connected actuators (e.g., solenoid valves, contactors, sensors, relays, or other electrical loads). The module allows for the connection of electronic components via a 20-pin flat ribbon cable. The 24V supply voltage for the components can be fed through two CAGE CLAMP connections. The signal status of each channel is indicated by a green status LED. The field and system levels are galvanically isolated from each other.

5. Wago Serial interface RS 485 750-653
Serial interface RS-485, 9600 Baud, 8/1 bits. The integrated interface in the module allows for the connection of devices with an RS-485 interface. The interface operates in accordance with TIA/EIA-485-A, DIN 66259 standards. The connected device can communicate directly with the control system via the used bus coupler. The active communication channel operates independently of the underlying bus system in full duplex mode at up to 9600 Baud. The RS-485 interface ensures high noise immunity through galvanically isolated signals. The shield connection is directly routed to the mounting rail.

6. Wago Digital I/O module 2DO, 230VAC, 0.3A 750-509
WAGO 750-509 Output terminal block 2-channel.

7. Wago Digital I/O module DC Series 750 18-31.2V 750-1502
8-channel digital input/output DC 24 V 0.5 A flat ribbon cable. The digital input/output module features 8 inputs and 8 outputs within a compact width of only 12 mm. It captures binary control signals from the field area and outputs control signals from the automation device to the connected actuators (e.g., solenoid valves, contactors, sensors, relays, or other electrical loads). The module allows for the connection of electronic components via a 20-pin flat ribbon cable. The 24V supply voltage for the components can be fed through two CAGE CLAMP connections. The signal status of each channel is indicated by a green status LED. The field and system levels are galvanically isolated from each other.

8. Wago 750-653/003-000
Adjustable RS-485 serial interface. The integrated interface in the module allows for the connection of devices with an RS-485 interface. The interface operates in accordance with TIA/EIA-485-A, DIN 66259 standards. The connected device can communicate directly with the control system via the used bus coupler. The active communication channel operates independently of the underlying bus system in full duplex mode at speeds of up to 19200 baud. The RS-485 interface ensures high noise immunity through galvanically isolated signals. The shield connection is directly routed to the mounting rail.
