Product details

The optional modules for all switch models with mini-GBIC slot enable a wide range of network configurations. Single-/Multi-Mode-Fiber-Modules for 10km or 550m distances. MiniGBIC stands for Mini-Gigabit Interface Converter. The name Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) is also used. Both names stand for Gigabit performance in a small space, which connects a wide range of switches to fiber optics.
