Zebra's ZT600 series industrial label printers are ideal if you're looking for true workhorses for very high printing volumes. Depending on your requirements, various proven models are available: the ZT610 prints labels up to 104 mm wide at a maximum speed of 356 mm per second, while the ZT620 handles 168 mm wide labels at 305 mm per second. The highest print resolution for the ZT620 is 300 dpi, while the ZT610 offers an impressive 600 dpi—perfect for printing micro-labels as small as 3 mm, such as for labeling microchips or circuits. Thanks to Link-OS Cloud Connect, you can easily connect any printer in this series to your local network or the cloud. With the ZT600 series, you are prepared for the future: from performance to intuitive operation with an optional touch color display, to the robust all-metal components, these durable label printers are designed to meet the tough demands of industry—both today and tomorrow. Commissioning of Zebra printers
From 1 August 2025, Zebra printers will be delivered with factory-disabled network functions in accordance with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED). Affected are: Passwords, TCP/IP ports, web interface, WLAN and firmware updates. The functions must be activated once via a configuration file. For devices with a display, a password must first be assigned before changes can be made.
