This model is directly compatible with the Canon E-TTL / E-TTL II system, allowing for use on-camera with automatic exposure and high-speed synchronization. It can also function as an optical TTL master for other Canon-compatible flashes or as an optical TTL slave for Canon or Nikon systems. With a guide number of 58 at ISO 100 and a focal length of 105mm, the flash is very powerful and versatile thanks to its tiltable head that can swivel from -7 to 90° and rotate 270°. To control the light, the flash features a zoom head that can be adjusted from 24-105mm, as well as a wide-angle panel that optimizes coverage for focal lengths of up to 14mm. The device has a quick recharge time of just two seconds. The operation has also been improved: it includes an AF assist light and sound signals.
