S/FTP patch cable of category 6A (ISO/IEC). 100% tested according to ISO/IEC standards (European standard). Halogen-free, flame-retardant jacket. Wires made of 100% copper. Gold-plated connectors with strain relief. Shielding. The wires made of 100% copper are double-shielded. A wire consists of many thin individual strands, making it flexible. Additionally, it has high tensile strength. The cable also features strain relief. Unlike conventional PVC cables, these cables are halogen-free: the dangerous release of halogenated combustion gases is therefore excluded. Another advantage is that exposure to toxic gases (such as hydrogen chloride gas in PVC) is minimized. Halogen-free cables are also flame-retardant and do not exhibit a dangerous "fuse effect." Furthermore, halogen-free cables produce less smoke in the event of a fire. Halogen-free jacket. Category 6 augmented (Cat 6A) is a standard that results from the increased bandwidth requirements of 10-Gigabit Ethernet (10 GBASE-T). Cat 6A cables are designed for transmission frequencies up to 500 MHz and distances up to 100 m, and they are backward compatible with existing categories.
