The Atmega2560 Mega Development Board (Arduino compatible) MEGA 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the Atmega2560. It features 54 digital input and output pins (15 of which can be used as PWM outputs), 16 analog inputs, 4 UARTs (serial hardware connections), a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a USB port, a power supply, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It includes everything needed to support the microcontroller. Connect it to a computer using a USB cable or to an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. The Mega is compatible with most shields designed for the Arduino Duemilanove or Diecimila.
