This clamp is custom-designed to connect a Scrim Jim frame with a grip head for precise and secure attachment to a light or C-stand. This mounting method is ideal when you want to use your scrim to diffuse studio light, reflect sunlight, block light from above, or even cut bright backgrounds.

With a 6" metal baby pin featuring a hex profile, this mounting accessory prevents unwanted rotation of the grip head. For Scrim Jim and Scrim Jim Cine frames larger than 6' x 6', it is recommended to use 2 clamps and stands, especially when mounting frames in windy conditions or overhead positions.
