Shielding clamp. Heavy-duty connectors. There are numerous requirements for the shielding contact in connectors. To meet these requirements, several coordinated solutions are available: shielding discharge via an EMC cable gland and the use of shielding brackets in conjunction with shielding clamps. Depending on the design, the shielding brackets can be used with standard contact inserts, the modular ConCept system with a plastic frame, or the modular ConCept system with a metal frame. The attachment of the shielded conductor to the shielding bracket is done using shielding clamps. The shielding clamps are available in different sizes depending on the conductor used.
