Sensor/actuator cables are used for wiring sensors and actuators as well as for transmitting data or power in various applications. The molded cable provides a factory-connected and tested connection from the connector to the cable. The cables can be exposed to a variety of conditions, such as moisture, dust, heat, cold, shock, or vibration. Our developers have focused on this point and designed a wide range of different M8 and M12 sensor/actuator cables, where you are sure to find exactly what you need for your application. The M8 and M12 sensor/actuator cables are delivered as standard with a nickel-plated brass nut. However, if you anticipate a particularly extreme application for our products, we can also offer you a version with a plastic nut. This allows for use in environments where cables with nickel-plated M8 and M12 nuts would oxidize.
