Shield brackets. Heavy connectors for shield termination in connectors have numerous requirements. To meet these requirements, several coordinated solutions are available: shield drainage via an EMC cable gland and the use of shield brackets in conjunction with shield clamps. Depending on the design, the shield brackets can be used with standard contact inserts, the modular ConCept system with a plastic frame, or the modular ConCept system with a metal frame. The attachment of the shielded conductors to the shield bracket is done using shield clamps. The shield clamps are available in different sizes depending on the conductor used.
