My Cloud Home Duo is an easy-to-use personal cloud storage device that connects directly to your home Wi-Fi router and allows you to store all your digital content in one centralised location. Unlike a NAS, it's a simple centralised solution for backing up your photos, videos and files, with everything stored in one place. With the My Cloud Home app, you can access, upload and share your content from anywhere with an internet connection.

• My Cloud Home desktop app (64-bit operating system required): Windows 10, Windows 8.1/8.0 or Windows 7; macOS Mojave (10.14), macOS High Sierra (10.13), macOS Sierra (10.12), El Capitan (10.11), Yosemite (10.10) or Mavericks (10.9)

• My Cloud Home mobile app: iOS 9 or higher; Android Marshmallow (6.0) or higher; router and internet service provider for internet connection

• Supported browsers: Internet Explorer 11 or later; Microsoft Edge; Safari 8.0 or later; Firefox 45 or later on supported Windows and macOS platforms; Google Chrome 50 or later on supported Windows and macOS platforms

• Supported streaming options: H.264 via Android and iOS media playback; H.265 via Android and iOS media playback
