Watterott SilentStepStick TMC2209 V2

The SilentStepStick TMC2209 V2 from Watterott is a stepper motor driver based on the Trinamic TMC2209. With this new SilentStepStick driver, the noise development when driving with stepper motors is massively improved. The TMC2209 stepper motor driver is designed for up to 1.7A (RMS) continuous current and 2.8A peak. In order to be able to drive at these power levels, you also need to install a heat sink. This is not included in the delivery. The drivers also support micro stepping (interpolation of up to 256 microsteps) with which you can drive very fine and low-vibration movements.
