Even over long cable runs, a warm, rich sound can be heard. This is made possible by the use of high-quality, discrete components. The robust aluminum housing, as well as all switches, knobs, and connectors used, are designed for daily use in the studio or on stage and can withstand even the toughest conditions. The passive version is optimal for keyboards and other high-level sources, but also works very well with passive pickups thanks to its extremely wide frequency range. Both devices feature an adjustable pad. The level can be optimally adjusted to the instrument used in the range of -3 dB to -30 dB, avoiding annoying distortions. No load box function; to operate at the speaker out of an amplifier, the box/load box must be connected to the "thru" jack.
