Walimex Telescopic background rod

The Walimex pro telescopic background rod consists of two separate extendable telescopic rods, which are mounted foot to foot with the help of a spigot. This results in a long telescopic pole that can be extended on both sides. It is supplied in two parts and therefore compact. The two poles are simply plugged together and secured by twisting. The sturdy design enables a high load capacity. The telescopic pole can be extended variably at both ends. To do this, unlock the telescopic system, adjust the length to your requirements and lock it again. The minimum width of the pole is 2.25 m and the maximum width is 4.0 m when fully extended. This gives you full flexibility, especially in comparison to plug-in systems. The Walimex pro background rod is therefore suitable for all common background sizes. At both ends of the background rod you have the option of attaching the rod to a 5/8 spigot connection (e.g. lamp tripod, super clamp etc.). This offers you a wide range of possible applications. You can easily secure the rod with the attached screw. This makes it safe and easy to set up, dismantle or even simply convert. The diameter of the background pole is generously dimensioned at 30 mm in the centre and 28 mm at the sides. This means that the system has a maximum load capacity of 6 kg even at full width. The background rod is suitable for paper backgrounds with an inner roller core diameter of at least 40 mm, for fabric or PVC backgrounds.
