Incredibly Easy Setup
No more awkward handling of rods and individual parts: The Quick Assemble "QA" softboxes from the Walimex pro Studio Line can be set up very quickly and easily, as their name suggests, and of course, they can be just as quickly disassembled and stored after use. This makes them the ideal solution not only for photographers who need to quickly clear space in the studio after a shoot but also for those who want to use the Deep Rota Softbox for outdoor portrait shoots. Folded up and stored in the spacious carrying bag, the complete Deep Rota Softbox, including the softbox adapter, inner and outer diffuser, and honeycomb grid, is so compact that it fits into any setup and is always on hand. To set it up, simply place the folded softbox with the speed ring/softbox adapter facing down on the ground and open the Deep Rota Softbox like an umbrella until the mount clicks into place audibly and tangibly in the umbrella pole. Then, turn the assembled softbox over so that the speed ring is on top and secure the fabric to the four longitudinal Velcro strips/tabs – this ensures everything is taut and prevents any unwanted flash light from escaping sideways.
