Turns floor stands into lamp stands. With this extendable center column, you have the option to quickly and easily transform a floor stand into a small lamp stand. Our Walimex pro floor lamp stand 15 cm is perfect for extension with this center column. Thanks to its two 5/8 inch spigot pins, the extendable center column can be quickly mounted in any corresponding spigot socket.

Reliably supports your equipment. With a load capacity of up to 3 kg and a weight of only 236 g, you can confidently mount lights, studio flashes, reflectors, and other photo equipment on the center column. Each end has a fixed 5/8 inch spigot. The center column features a 1/4 inch and a 3/8 inch thread on each of the spigots, allowing you to enjoy maximum compatibility. It is infinitely adjustable between 45 and 80 cm, and you can secure the chosen length with a wing screw.

Additional areas of use. With the help of a clamp, you can use the center column in various ways, for example as a boom. Please note that the maximum load capacity of 3 kg applies only when used as a center column with equipment placed centrally. The load capacity for all applications outside of the vertical position is lower.
