Ideal for landscape photography, the ND Fader from Walimex provides an even darkening of the image. It reduces the amount of light and thereby extends the shutter speed by +2 to +8 f-stops. The Fader combines several gray filters, and since the adjustment is stepless, it allows for an even finer adjustment with only one filter. It allows for longer exposure times, enabling you to create a smudge or flow effect in long exposures. For example, it makes flowing water look very soft or like flowing mist.
Excellent for videography, the ND Fader is an extremely practical tool that allows you to quickly react to different exposure conditions. With this filter, you don't need three or four filters, just one, which simplifies and speeds up the process, providing you with greater flexibility in your work.
The ND Fader boasts excellent optical properties. The high-quality glass lenses are embedded in a precisely manufactured metal frame.
