Flexible Swan Neck with TTL Transmission for Nikon

The flexible TTL Swan Neck from Walimex pro combines the functionality of a flash rail and a TTL flash cable. The Swan Neck is mounted between the hot shoe of your camera and a TTL-compatible external flash. Through an electronic connection, the TTL Swan Neck transmits the pulse and TTL data to the connected flash. This means that every time the camera is triggered, the flash is also activated.

The Swan Neck is approximately 34 cm long, allowing the flash to be positioned above the lens axis. This enables the flash light to hit the subject from a high and flexible position, reducing harsh shadows and preventing red-eye effect.

Flexible Tilting for Quick Switching Between Landscape and Portrait Orientation

The mounted flash can be tilted and swiveled freely. Flash rails are significantly more limited in this regard. The mobility of the Swan Neck also allows for the flash to be easily returned to its original position with just one hand when switching between landscape and portrait orientation.

For TTL-Compatible Cameras and Flashes

The Swan Neck is suitable for Nikon cameras and Nikon-compatible iTTL flashes. Additionally, it can largely accommodate third-party TTL external flashes. However, it can also be used with manual external flashes, although this will not allow for TTL transmission.

With Locking Ring for Stable Attachment to the Hot Shoe

The connection of the Swan Neck is equipped with a locking ring, which allows for a secure fixation on the camera's hot shoe.
