The PROFIsafe input module 750-660/000-001 can be connected to emergency stop buttons, safety door switches, limit switches, and other contact-based safety sensors. The module features 8 pulse-sensitive inputs (I1 to I8), which are supplied by 8 differently clocked outputs (T1 to T8). The pulse outputs are designed to be short-circuit proof. The inputs are continuously monitored for cross-circuit and external supply. The signal status of the 8 input channels is indicated by a corresponding LED for each channel. Additionally, 2 red LEDs signal internal or external faults. The PROFIsafe address is set using the side-mounted coding switch. The field and system levels are galvanically isolated from each other. The arrangement of individual modules can be freely configured during fieldbus node planning. A block arrangement is not necessary. For more information, please refer to the manual! When installing new systems, consider the safe 8-channel digital input module PROFIsafe 75x-662/000-004. This module can only be used under PROFIBUS in combination with the fieldbus coupler 750-333. Please note that this module only supports PROFIsafe V1.3.
