Visaton Full range loudspeaker B 200, 6 Ohm

20 cm (8") high-end full-range speaker. This high-end speaker is characterized by a high efficiency and a very balanced frequency response with minimal fluctuations. This is achieved through the very lightweight paper diaphragm, the fabric surround, and the optimized drive with a 25 mm voice coil (made of aluminum wire), which makes optimal use of the magnetic field in the air gap. The voice coil carrier made of Kapton is ventilated. The stable aluminum die-cast basket not only looks good but also contributes to very low mechanical losses with its openings that allow for ventilation of the centering. Distortions remain consistently at an extremely low level.

The B 200 is excellently suited for use in high-quality and powerful 1-way boxes, where impressive results can be achieved not only with classic closed or vented enclosures but also with more exotic concepts such as horns or open baffles.
