Until now, the length was sufficient for your device, but after rearranging the furniture, the existing cable is no longer long enough. You are missing the "last meter." Instead of replacing the entire patch cable, simply connect a patch cable extension in the length that suits you to your end device.

The patch cable is double-shielded with additional shielding of the twisted pairs. Thus, it is gigabit-capable, suitable for your fast DSL connection. The patch cable is, of course, backward compatible with older devices and installations of categories Cat.5 and Cat.5e. The RJ45 connector features a locking tab protection (RNS®), which prevents the locking tab on the top of the connector from bending. The twisted pairs consist of 99.99% oxygen-free copper (OFC), which enhances the signal transmission of the cable.
