The SSD features 3D NAND technology for high storage efficiency, 30µ" PCB gold contacts, and Corner-Bond technology for long durability, a DRAM cache for quick access, an extended operating temperature range of -20°C to 75°C, and a lifespan of 3K write/erase cycles for reliable operation. The compact mSATA form factor is only one-eighth the size of a standard 2.5-inch SSD, making it ideal for use in portable devices with limited space, such as ultrabooks, tablet PCs, and slim servers.
