The Transcend MTS952T M.2 SSD features a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and advanced 3D NAND technology, allowing for the vertical stacking of 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips. Compared to BiCS3 NAND with 64 layers, this increased density significantly enhances storage efficiency. The MTS952T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. It has a durability of 3K program/erase cycles. Transcend also offers the MTS952T as the MTS952T-I variant with an extended temperature range (-40℃ to 85℃) to ensure sustained functionality, improved endurance, and optimal reliability in mission-critical applications.
