Product details

For the calibration of the load cell, only a single known weight is required. It is possible to determine weight differences of just a few grams between objects that weigh several kilograms. The Bricklet features an LED that can be turned on and off via the API, for example, to indicate that the measured weight is within a certain range. The Bricklet does not have galvanic isolation from the Tinkerforge system, meaning there is a direct electrical connection between the terminals of the Bricklet and the rest of the system. If this could lead to unwanted connections, ground loops, or short circuits in the respective application, it is advisable to use it together with an isolator Bricklet. The Load Cell Bricklet 2.0 has a 7-pin Bricklet connector and is connected to a Brick using a 7p-10p Bricklet cable.
